Rename and hide HighLevel menu items

On Highline

Open Elements:

1. Under Menu, open a menu group.
2. For each entry you can hide it, type a New name, or change its icon.

The element tree (Account rail, Sidebar, Recents, Top bar, Banner) has an eye toggle to hide parts of the HighLevel frame. Use Find an element to search it.

On Classic

Open Elements › UI Control:

1. Click Manual Discovery and open the HighLevel pages you want to customize. The editor catalogues the menu items it finds.
2. Click an item to open its policy:
   • Display: Use custom display name to rename it, Reset to HighLevel name to undo.
   • Visibility: show or hide it.
   • Audience: limit it to certain locations, users, roles or user types.
3. Publish.

Restore HighLevel Defaults clears every UI Control change.
