What is the FunnelCare Agency Customizer?

The Agency Customizer is a visual editor for your HighLevel agency. You design how HighLevel looks and feels for your clients, preview it, and publish. Your clients log in to your white-label domain and see your brand, not a stock CRM.

What you can change

• Brand and colours: your brand colour, a second colour, greys, fonts and logo.
• Looks: ready-made looks you can start from, all drawn in your brand colour.
• Light and dark mode: dark pages across the app on the Highline layout.
• Navigation: rename, reorder, group, hide and re-icon sidebar items, and choose which page a menu item opens.
• Pages: hide cards, tabs, buttons and texts on HighLevel pages, or change their wording.
• Login page: a designed sign-in page with your headline, images and brand colours.
• Experience Profiles: different designs and menus for different groups of clients.

What it never touches

The customizer changes how HighLevel is presented. It does not read or change contacts, opportunities, workflows, payments or billing, and you never share a HighLevel password with us.

How it reaches HighLevel

You paste two short lines into Agency Settings › Company › White Label once. After that, every time you click Publish in the editor, your clients see the new design on their next page load. See Install and connect.

Built to survive HighLevel updates

Snippet-based CSS breaks when HighLevel changes its pages. The customizer's runtime is maintained by FunnelCare: when HighLevel changes something, we ship the fix centrally and it reaches every account without you republishing. Read more in Why HighLevel CSS breaks after updates.
